Adult Kempo

Our Adult Program is for anyone age 13 years and above. This is where we teach the full style of our martial art.

Youth Kempo

Recently we added two new classes to our schedule, both focus on children. We have developed our children's program to strengthen your child mentally, physically, and emotionally. As each child is different, our training of each child is individualized.

Modern Arnis

Professor Remy Presas use to refer to Modern Arnis as the "Art within your art." He did not care what style you were based out of, just that you could take what you already knew and add arnis to it. Self-Defense Saturdays

Basic self-defense skills should be on everyone's list of required life skills. Bar Security Training
